Store wasn't busy, but they struggled to help anyone. Took about 10 minutes to even show up at the register, forget take our order! They filled our order but let it sit there while they failed to complete it with the single Frosty my family had ordered; at one point, three groups were waiting for food with 10 standing in line. Meanwhile, their self-help soda machine was broken, only dispensing fizzy water. Their catsup dispensers were missing. My first job was in fast food, so I sympathize with the difficulty of the job -- but seriously, the management and service were atrocious today.

Probably one of the only times I have written a review and said 'If I could have given zero stars I would'. We've given this Wendy's many, many chances to be sure that we didn't just hit them up on an off day. They cannot be counted on to be open to their 2:00am posted closing time. If you don't want to stay open until 2am, that's fine, then post the closing hour that you DO want to be open until. My son works until 1:30am. Twice a week he and my husband will pull up to this drive through at 1:45am. Sometimes they are open, sometimes they are not. Last night was the worst. They pulled up behind a car that was giving his order at the menu speaker. It was 1:45am. The car pulled forward to the pick up window. My husband pulls up to the menu speaker and the worker goes 'We're closed now." What the heck?? She turned off the microphone and refused to speak to him!! He's going "Hello, Hello, you are supposed to be open until 2am. .." No response. Wow, is there anything more rude than being ignored? I guess being ignored while you are trying to patronize a business. The guy ahead of him got his food and pulled away. My son and husband left. I want my husband to contact the manager but my husband said it was not worth it. They just won't go there anymore. I hope the "very nice, great personality, friendly and always ready with a smile" manager Kenny (as described by another reviewer) reads this review and makes some corrections. I will agree with the last line of Nick F's review ". Do not go to this Wendy's, they need SERIOUS MANAGEMENT AND STAFF REFORMATION!!!!!"

It is a fine location near local business. It is fast food. If course they have the most awesome spicey chicken, tantalizing chili, and the best fast food dessert ... The frosty. I have figured out how to work their menu and save money. In the mood for the chicken? Get the snack size wrap. In the mood for ice cream? Get the snack size frosty. Dollar/value menu is your friend.

Kenny the manager at this store is doing his very best to improve everything at this location. He is very nice, great personality, friendly and always ready with a smile. He has a couple of employee's who seem to not pay attention to detail but that is not his fault. With the minimum wage set to increase in a few months though he may want to get some people who really need a job and care about the quality they put out. The Jalapeño Fresco Spicy Chicken Sandwich is fantastic. If you get it from this location though you may want to ask for a little extra spicy sauce because the young man making mine today was kind of skimping on that so I had to ask for extra.

Again, a franchise isn't going to get much better than 3 stars from me. This Wendy's is your standard experience. The staff is decent enough, but you should really pay attention to the screen if you're like me and rarely order as-is. If it's something not normally ordered, they might charge you, so keep a sharp eye. The one time I actually caught it after the fact, at least the girl at the window was gracious and didn't have an attitude about it when I pointed out her mistake. I do like that this location has a wider selection of drink options.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Terrible service, I was waiting for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter to take my order. I witnessed the fry cook drop a spatula, pick it up and continue to grill with it. Very unsanitary. Do not go to this Wendy's, they need SERIOUS MANAGEMENT AND STAFF REFORMATION!!!!!

Terrible service. Waited well over 15 mins and was still 3 cars away for my food. Left and called and told them they had some issues and a kid answered who said he was the manager " ok have a nice day" joke of a business.

Wendy's...food is what you know it is. They execute the food orders right but they still screw up the order one in three times...the food is right but ask for extra crackers? No crackers. Want extra hot sauce for the chili? not there. Need a spoon for the chili or frosty? Might get the spoon but then there are no napkins. All I want is to order a chili for myself and a frosty for one my cooks and it is a crap shoot whether or not I can pull my order from the bag and have the utensils/napkins necessary to make the fast food a convenience. Please, just follow the order. Food, napkins, utensils, sauces. Period!

I have repeatedly had terrible service at this Wendy's. Here are just two ... 1. Went and ordered a few things including spicy chicken nuggets, they completed my order but when I pulled around they said they didn't have spicy nuggets ready that I could wait 5 minutes or take regular, I said that I'd like to wait and they were clearly annoyed. They told me to "pull around to the front" and I said, ok where should I park and they said "anywhere." I pulled around opened my bag to grab a fry and found that they had mucked up my order. I went in to get it corrected and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my nuggets as well. I would not have minded except for the fact that the MANAGER brought them out, and did not even apologize for the wait. - 2 stars ... 2. Again with the spicy nuggets ... I ordered two orders of spicy nuggets, pulled around and they said they only had enough for one order. Learning my lesson from last time I said ok I will take one order of regular. I checked my bag before I left the drive through and everything looked good. I got home and began eating and realized that the order of spicy nuggets that they had given me were obviously old and not fresh ... ridiculous, seriously? If you don't have a product just SAY "I'm sorry that's not available right now" rather than giving someone something that is old. I AM NOT going to this Wendy's EVER again. - 2 stars

Decided to check out this new location (was formerly a Krispy Kreme) and sample their new breakfast menu this morning. It's far more extensive than I was expecting - everything from biscuits and gravy to pancakes, sandwiches, burritos, etc. I had the Artisan egg and bacon sandwich that comes with Asiago cheese and Hollandaise sauce. The description is a close comparison to a breakfast sandwich Panera sells for $4+ and Wendy's is only $2.85. It's a bit smaller but I found it just as filling as Panera. I wouldn't say it was better than Panera, but it was pretty close all things considered. Plus our bill came to under $6 even with my husband's sausage biscuit, breakfast burrito, and coffee (all of which he said he liked). Two people can't eat at Panera for under $10 so I'd say Wendy's is a nice compromise here and there to avoid breaking the bank if you don't feel like cooking at home. I'm looking forward to trying out their honey chicken biscuit and comparing that to Chick-fil-a. :)

We went in yesterday for breakfast. Our first time inside. Soooo nice and clean and the staff is just so nice! The Soda machine is worth the trip inside alone. It's loaded with so many different choices. Anyway, we had breakfast, and again, it was so good. I had a sausage biscuit and we split the potato wedges, which are very tasty. Husband had an Artisan sandwich with egg and sausage and said it was fresh and he would order it again.

Period!
